“Transfer of Property” simply means when a living or a dead person conveys property either in present or in future, to one or more living persons. The legal effect of this act is passing of property from one person to another. Unfortunately, fraudulent transfers due to document forgery happen frequently. Adverse possession of land creates enough mental harassment for an overseas citizen. Like the illegal sale of property, fake transfers also end up causing trouble for people who cannot keep track of the state of affairs related to their property.

But like illegal sales, illegal transfers also can be rectified by legal methodology.
